Refund Policy
Our Refund Approach
At Learn to Fly RC, we strive to deliver quality online coaching experiences. While we understand that plans can change, refunds are only offered in specific situations, such as if we cancel a session or if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable.
What’s Non-Refundable
We do not offer refunds for sessions canceled less than 24 hours before their start time or for no-shows. Refunds are also not provided once course materials have been accessed or downloaded. Please book sessions carefully and reach out ahead of time if you need to reschedule.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us, on the contact us page with your session details and reason. If approved, we’ll process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. This policy may be updated periodically, so please check back for any changes.
